Common Questions.

How do I pay? +
After you submit your booking request, we'll confirm availability and send you a payment link via email. We accept all major cards. Payment is due before delivery.
What if I need the totes longer than expected? +
No stress. Just email us before your rental period ends and we'll add a week for $25. Late returns without notice may incur a $10/day fee.
What size are the totes? +
Our standard totes are 27-gallon heavy-duty industrial bins with locking lids. About 30" x 20" x 15" — big enough for clothes, books, kitchen items, and most household goods.
Do you help with packing or moving? +
We're a tote rental service — we deliver and pick up, but we don't pack or move your stuff. Need movers? We can recommend a few good local companies.
What if a tote gets damaged? +
Normal wear and tear is fine — these totes are built tough. Intentional damage or loss is billed at $15 per tote. We'll note any issues at pickup and follow up by email.
Can I get same-day or next-day delivery? +
We do our best! Email us at hello@totedsac.com and we'll let you know what's available. Rush bookings may have a small convenience fee depending on timing.
